Our Office Is Preparing to Reopen: What You Can Expect

Reopening with social distancing guidelines graphicWhile our office is not reopening to the public yet, we are already thinking about the best ways to prepare for the next phase of Maryland’s reopening. In this blog, we will be sharing some of the changes we are making to ensure that we follow all CDC suggestions and stay healthy. If you are a client whose court case was impacted as a result of COVID-19 closures, we are here to support you however we can. Don’t hesitate to give us a call.

Changes to Our Office in the Wake of COVID-19

  • Mask Usage: All of our employees will wear a mask whenever clients are present, and we ask clients to do the same. While we will still practice social distancing as much as possible, being in a closed office space means that wearing an additional mask is the best way to ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable. As we prepare to reopen, we are ensuring that all of our employees have access to quality masks to be worn in the office.
  • Remote Consultations: We are still offering remote consultations via secure video chat (Zoom, Skype, FaceTime) or telephone. This is the best way to safely communicate with clients, and we have great availability to help meet your needs virtually. To book a consultation, you can contact us at (410) 828-0680 or online. Even as we prepare to reopen, we will maintain our regular business hours due to our designation as an essential business.
  • Sanitizing: We are preparing to reopen by ensuring that all of our sanitation procedures are being rigorously followed. All common areas and offices will be cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis. Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the office, in addition to traditional hand soap and hot water in the bathroom.

We hope that you and your loved ones remain healthy and safe. All of our reopening policies and procedures are designed to protect our staff and each of our clients. If you have any questions, please contact us so that we can address your concerns!
